Easily, Gerard Craft. His creativity is only part of what impresses me. It's a lot of the other things that are more impressive. Gerard is able to surround himself with talented and driven people that help him and his restaurants succeed. He's been able to seek out his goals, develop them, and make them a symbol of excellence in St. Louis and the nation's culinary scene.
